The Point House is a 2-story traditional Cape Cod-style house updated in 2017 with new lighting, heating, wireless electronic systems, and kitchen appliances. It contains six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a large living room with a deck.
A step through the front door of the Point House leads you directly into the home’s grand foyer. The south-facing kitchen, dining room, and library open out to a spacious stone patio with breathtaking sea views, perfect for small rehearsal dinners and other gatherings. The expansive living room is complete with upscale furniture and fiberoptic TV. You will also find a laundry room and a fully equipped office with an available Mac and PC.
Lower Level
The lower level of The Point House features a play and arts and crafts room for children, a music room, and a billiards and game room for endless hours of family fun.
Outdoors
Outside access includes an extensive stone patio with picnic tables, an additional large deck off the living room, a tennis court, private piers, docks, and moorings for sailing and boating among the islands, and coves of Muscongus Bay.
