The Point House sits at the southern tip of the peninsula, and The Deck House is on the southwest side. Together the houses sleep up to 15 guests. The two houses have separate driveways and are separated by a quiet wooded area. The grounds also include large open and lawn areas, two piers, and docks with private moorings on Muscongus Bay.
